After placing an order, you will receive an email with a downloadable certificate and a downloadable gif file. Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address during checkout to ensure timely delivery. REFUNDS Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available for purchases made on Luck Licious. All sales are final, and we cannot issue refunds or accept returns.
